Established in May 2002, Abatement Unlimited, Inc. is a New York State, New Jersey, and Connecticut licensed environmental company engaged in the areas of asbestos and lead abatement, mold remediation, bioremediation and biohazard cleanup, PCB, re-insulation, re-fireproofing, and demolition. We are a union contractor associated with Locals 78 and 12A. Our leadership team brings over four decades of industry experience, allowing us to consistently offer superior service. Our portfolio includes an extensive list of satisfied customers, inclusive of industrial and commercial firms, real estate owners, management companies, and federal & state municipal agents. Our staff capabilities combine advanced degrees, professionally recognized certifications, OSHA & EPA experience, and many years of direct field work. Founder & President
Bill McKenzie has over forty years of experience in the fields of asbestos & lead abatement, mold remediation, and bioremediation & biohazard cleanup. He began his career working hands on at multiple independent abatement contracting companies. After twenty years of working in the field, he decided to pursue a higher degree while simultaneously continuing his career. Shortly after, he graduated with an A.A.S. degree in Business Administration. In May of 2002, Bill founded Abatement Unlimited, Inc. and has been an integral component in growing it to one of the leading environmental contracting companies in the tri-state area. He has served as President since company opening.
Vice President
As Vice President of Abatement Unlimited, Inc., Ann T Pucci oversees all aspects of daily operations of the company, inclusive of preparing construction budgets, cost estimating and project control. Ann has over thirty-five years of experience in the fields of asbestos & lead abatement, mold remediation, and bioremediation & biohazard cleanup. Ann also plays an integral role in the scheduling of projects, coordination of work to ensure budgets are met, and has the responsibility of accounts payables and receivables. She interacts with all clients and controls the overall management of Abatement Unlimited, Inc. and its employees. She has served as Vice President since company opening.
